Bundles can be used for any tutoring offering: chess, backgammon or Birchguard Quest. Bundles must be redeemed within one year of purchase date. Bundles cannot be applied to previous lessons. After redeeming one lesson of a bundle, the remaining lessons must be used within six weeks for five-lesson bundles and twelve weeks for ten-lesson bundles. Once the first lesson of a bundle has been redeemed, no refund will be available. All cancelled lessons must be rescheduled or will be subject to forfeit.
